ATLANTA WOODTURNERS GUILD 
BOARD MINUTES
March 2010
The scheduled board meeting for the Atlanta Woodturning Guild met with quorum in place 17 March 2010.
Attending: Harvey Meyer, Kurt Whitley, John Rudert, Mike Peace, Doug Lichliter, Bob Greenberg, David Roselius.
Due to the absence of the Secretary the Board minutes were taken by Mike Peace
- It was agreed that the treasurer would maintain the membership spreadsheet.
- Bob Greenberg stressed the need for a monthly e-mail with the Presidents Message which should also be posted on the website.
- Kurt mentioned we need a replacement Treasurer for Tom Smith who resigned.
- We discussed posting members’ profession on the spreadsheet for possible networking and the idea was rejected.
- Johns says he has the new brochures printed.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
