ATLANTA WOODTURNERS GUILD BOARD MINUTES
March 20, 2009 The scheduled board meeting for the Atlanta Woodturners Guild met as scheduled with a quorum in place. It was called to order at 5:40pm March 18th 2009 by the President Mr. Bob Greenberg. There was no board meeting in February, as a result no minutes were presented for approval. Treasury Report
None given this month. General Business
Bob Greenberg opened a general discussion on the Guild’s annual dues at $50.00 vs other clubs that are less and if this situation was detrimental to generating new members. Several aspects concerning dues were discussed and the overall opinion was that our dues were not detrimental and should remain at $50.00. |
